The location for this position is in Goldsboro, North Carolina.
The Processing Technician exists for the processing of materials to fulfill customer order requirements via operation of Mechanical Processing Equipment.
Responsibilities
- Setup and verify configuration of process equipment
- Performance of customer process runs
- Analysis of processed materials using provided and analytical methods
- Assemble and disassemble testing equipment for cleaning, maintenance, and reassembly
- Communication with Supervisor/Manager prior to, during and after scheduled process runs
- Packaging and shipping of materials
Qualifications
- Forklift Operation
- Hazard Communication
- Good written and verbal communication
- Experiences with Microsoft Applications
- Good Mechanical skills
- 2+ years in a processing capacity or equivalent industrial experience.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
