Part-Time HR Coordinator
Description

The Part-Time HR Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of duties related to delivering services and support to the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities
  • EEO reports, monthly reports and other reporting and analysis as directed by VP for HR special projects; maintain employee files on a timely basis; benefits & enrollments.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new hires, including the return of all required benefit forms, company documents and acknowledgements including pre-employment documents.
  • Prepare OSHA reporting for two business units; report workers comp claims and manage cases through conclusion.
  • Help to streamline current work processes and workflow; maintain databases and assist employees with questions regarding benefits and policies; assist in helping managers with counseling employees for improved work performance.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company social activities as directed by VP.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High organized; Detail-Oriented
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle sensitive/ confidential situations and documentation
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
Education
  • High School Diploma
