New Mikro Air Classifying Mill ACM Model AC-1

Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems is proud to announce its new Mikro Air Classifying Mill ACM Model AC 1. This new design is based on the free vortex style classification method to providing industrial with an economical, compact alternative for dynamic particle separation. Hosokawa Micron, with its years of extensive experience in classification technology has incorporated the features that you need and want in your small scale operation.

The stainless steel product contact construction and compact design is suitable for small batch runs of 150 grams of product. This unit can achieve classifier speeds of up to 22,000 rpm and it is capable of find cuts down to 10µm offering tremendous application versatility.

The hinged classifier section is designed for quick disassembly and easy cleaning between batch runs. With a ½ HP classifier drive, the unit handles approximately 50CFM of air flow which is adjustable for tight particle size control. The unit is a must have in your laboratory environment.
