Innovations in Pharmaceutical Processing Seminar – April 28th in New Jersey & 30th in PA

Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems will co-sponsor a technical seminar on “Innovations in Pharmaceutical Processing” with the K-Tron Process Group. This free program will be held on April 28th in Parsippany, NJ and April 30th in King of Prussia, PA.
The K-Tron Process Group, a global leader of feeding and metering equipment, requested Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems present at these seminars because of Hosokawa’s reputation for highly accurate and reliable processing equipment. Hosokawa offers the pharmaceutical industry size reduction, classifying, mixing, drying and analytical equipment. Hosokawa will present a two part section of this program for “Active Freeze Drying: Lyophilization” and “Continuous Mixing”.
Hosokawa pioneered a new approach to the old concept of freeze drying when they launched an “active freeze drying” system. The new system improves freeze drying processes by reducing labor and increasing productivity, while improving the final product quality.
Hosokawa’s continuous mixing solutions combine precise feed accuracy and the flexibility of mixing multiple ingredients for upstream tablet pressing. Both Hosokawa’s active freeze drying and continuous mixing equipment can be tested and customer produced to a customer’s specific needs.
Other innovation subjects like extrusion, granulation, containment, milling and conveying will be presented in separate sections by other industry equipment producers. These programs are recommended for scientist, engineers, production personnel and researchers. Each one day seminar is free but registration is required. Seating is limited. Registration will include complimentary breakfast and lunch and detailed course manual.
