The new Alpine Sugarplex 315 SX is an extremely compact system that needs neither the additional filters, fan, nor air cooling units that are usual with traditional system designs for sugar milling. That means that the plant operator gains through lower investment costs, reduced space requirements, and lower cleaning and maintenance costs. The cylindrical design of the mill includes an 800mm-diameter container with a conical product discharge and can be excellently integrated into an existing system.
