Our classifiers are designed to consistently produce particle size distributions that are: uniform and homogeneous, spherical and smooth, and dry and easily dispersible. Our broad range of classifiers can be applied in various industries, including pharmaceutical, toner, ceramic, metal powders, and plastic.

Each classifier is designed with seamless operation and maintenance in mind. The particle size can be easily adjusted by changing classifier speed or airflow; these adjustments are easily accessible because the modular design provides easy access to the classifier’s internal components.  The unique mechanical designs create high recovery rates for fine particles, going up to 90%. The streamlined component designs results in lower pressure drop, subsequently lowering both energy consumption and operating costs.
