The Toll Processing Group at Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems in Summit, NJ is offering a limited time opportunity for customers to run free processing trials on laboratory or full production scale systems including laboratory analysis at no cost. These tests would be done to help development of new products or to take your materials from pilot scale to full production.

To qualify for this opportunity, you must represent that you are   interested in entering into a potential processing agreement for the material to be tested during this promotion.  Hosokawa is offering this service because we are confident that we can demonstrate that our performance and reliability will satisfy your performance requirements and exceed your expectations!  These trials are valued at an average of $1,200-2,000/day. 

We offer toll processing for Size Reduction, Classification and Mixing operations. Hosokawa also specializes in process design and development ensuring we can build a well optimized system for your facility!
