Mikro UMP High Speed Impact Mill

Universal Mikro Pulverizer (UMP) The Hosokawa UMP was developed to provide an economical alternative for impact fine grinding. The mill is designed with all the possible versatility users’ demand while maintaining compatibility and scalability to the Mikro® line of pulverizers. Some of the critical design features include, fabricated stainless steel construction with high speed rotor that utilizes sealed for life bearings. Double lip seals & gas purge is utilized to isolate the process area from the drive section. Cantilevered rotor design will allow for easy access and quick removal of components which will improve the cleaning times significantly. Additionally highly customizable design of the UMP will make it suitable for all our customers’ needs.
