Alpine AHM
The Alpine Hydromill AHM is a universal and cost effective, agitated ball mill with a horizontal cylindrical milling chamber for the continuous wet milling of particles up to finenesses in the sub-micron range. Design series test machines up to large production machines.

Features of the Alpine Hydromill AHM ball mill include:

Agitator
Agitator rotor with individually interchangeable disks. Agitator elements for the separation zone.

Mill Housing
Cylindrical milling chamber with cooling jacket. Modular design for product inlet, milling cylinder and separation zone

Separation Zone
Slotted pipe screen or dynamic slot separation. Screen rapidly exchangeable without having to empty the mill. The separation zone in the screen area is agitated to prevent obstructions.

Wear Protection
Polyurethane, rubber, mild steel, hardened or coated surfaces, hard metal and various technical ceramics.

Handling
Mill easily accessible from all sides for cleaning and maintenance. Free mill bottom for positioning a bin when emptying the mill. Device for dismounting the mill housing.

Operational Safety
Sturdy, double-acting mechanical seal, positioned in a low wear area. Various alarms - or switching off contacts.

Drive
Three phase motor with belt drive. Frequency inverter or mechanical gearing.

Controls / Electrics
Optional explosion-protected design. Conventional operation or by a membrame keyboard with display panel.
