The new Alpine Toner TTSP high efficiency tandem toner classifier is the ultimate classifier for the toner industry, where sharp separation of fines and a high coarse product yield result in improved product quality and higher profits. Coarse yield improvements of 5% over the proven TSP Classifier and over 10% over other classifier designs have been realized. In addition to higher product yields, the TTSP can be operated at significantly higher feed rates. Dust loading is in the range of 250 to 300 g per m3 or airflow. Product changes with the TTSP Classifier are made simple. The classifier is designed with a hydraulic opening split body. All material contact parts are vertically removable, leaving the interior accessible for cleaning and ideal for color toners.
In order to meet the demands of chemical toner manufacturers, the TTSP classifier has been further developed for classification of coarse AND fines materials in one step! Now one machine can perform dual classification, utilizing our patented high efficiency classifier wheel design for both fines and coarse fractions.
