Designed for ultrafine powder classification in the 1.5 to 30 µm size range, the Alpine TSP High Efficiency Toner Classifier is ideally suited for fine powders (toner, powder coatings, etc.). It was developed especially for the task of dedusting ordinarily difficult to segregate fine powders. The material flow pattern in the classification chamber provides a high precision cut with a superior yield at a high output. Dust loading is in the range of 150 g/m3 of airflow.

All material contact parts are easily removable, leaving the interior accessible for cleaning. The lack of rotary compressors leads to cost advantages and optimum operating reliability. The streamlined component design provides a low pressure and low energy requirements.
