Micro-ACM Model 10

A high-speed impact mill that offers grinding and classifying in a single machine. Soft to medium hard products up to a hardness of 4 Mohs, e.g. powder coatings, resins, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, wax, coal, lime, etc. can be grinded to D97 = 10 µm and steep particle size distributions can be achieved. Induced airflow through the grinding chamber in conjunction with an internal dynamic classifier wheel provides superior particle size control.

Mikro-Pulverizer Model

This 5 HP model is ideal for precrushing, coarse grinding or granulating material with a feed size range up to one inch fed at a controlled rate.

Mikro-Pulverizer Model 2DH

This 20 HP model is equipped with two feed screws. It can handle soft, lumpy materials such as filter cake, up to four inches in size. It is recommended for precrushing or for large capacity grinding.

Micron Denspak Model DN-20

A compactor specially designed to de-aerate powders without damaging the particles. Simple/Compact configuration can be installed easily in line in any process.

Bepex Flake Crusher

A low energy mill used for gentle grinding of soft to medium hard materials. The machine operates using a compression milling principle between a horizontal rotor and screen. Final particle size is adjustable and can range from 0.5 mm to 10 mm.

Alpine 100 UPZ

A stainless steel laboratory mill for processing small material quantities in short-time operation. The Alpine 100 UPZ-II impact mill is engineered for easy cleaning and disassembly. The UPZ-II can be cleaned in either a sink, ultrasonic bath or in an autoclave. The material inlet is freely accessible and integrated into the mill door. Product collection can be done with either a 2 liter or 20 liter collection container depending on customers' requirements.

Hosokawa Cyclomix 5L

A five liter high shear impact mixer for lab / pilot applications that provide short cycle times. A vessel jacket offers exceptional heating and cooling capabilities. The design permits the total process in one mixer and prevents material fusion and or agglomerates.

Hosokawa Cyclomix 50L

A 50 liter mixer engineered for homogeneous mixing of cohesive materials. The product is loaded from the top of the vessel and a centrally located high-speed rotating shaft is driven from the mixer cover, eliminating seals and bearings from the product zone. The shaft is fitted with a paddle-shaped mixing element that rotates close to the inner wall of the vessel. The high-speed rotation of the paddles coupled with the conical shape of the vessel forces the product from the bottom to the top of the vessel.

Vrieco-Nauta Mixer

Vrieco-Nauta mixers offer many benefits including low power consumption, short mixing time, a high level of mixing accuracy, residual-free emptying, and no separation, not even during discharge. Homogeneous mixing and optimum reproducibility of powders, granulates, and pastes is guaranteed for both large and small quantities. Uniform product quality is insured, even under partially filled conditions. These features make the mixers especially suitable for a wide range of processing activities, such as liquid addition, granulation, drying, and cooling.

Mechanofusion AMS-Lab

 The Hosokawa Mechanofusion system can produce composite particles, control particle shapes (making them spherical or flat) and combine particles in rigorous precision. It eliminates the need for pre-mixing particles during particle performance improvement processes. It can fuse high volumes of particles. The Mechanofusion system allows for ease of loading and unloading powder materials and controls product temperature by the use of a water-cooled jacket that is provided on the casing.
